NOTE: On tombstone in Gipson Cemetery in Scott County, Arkansas the name is Charles C. Cook and date of birth shows only year of 1851, compare with info above! One thing to consider is the fact that the present tombstone for Charles and Susan Stewart Cook was possibly not set for many years after their actual burial. It seems that Susan would have known his date of birth and of course it would seem she would know his middle name. Could it have been where Raymond Cook and others had the tombstones placed for both his mother and father and grandparents at the same time and did not know the information.. |
