The George Johnson Family- George (age 43 born 1807), Elizabeth (age 38 born 1812), Andrew J. (age 19 born 1831), John H. (age 16 born 1834), Thomas P. (age 12 born 1838), Mary E. (age 7 born 1843), James W. (age 3 born 1847), Robert N. (age 6 months born 1850). George was born in Virginia, Elizabeth was born in North Carolina and all the children were born in Missouri. |

Note George Johnson age 62 (born 1807 in Virginia), Elizabeth Johnson age 56 (born 1814 in North Carolina) and a son Peter P. age 17 (born 1853 in Missouri). At next dwelling lives Thomas Johnson (age 29 from Missouri)and his wife Nancy Johnson (age 23 from Missouri, this could be George and Elizabeth Johnsons 3rd oldest son. The above given ages of Elizabeth and Thomas creates a problem as seen above, Elizabeths differs by 2 years and Thomas' differs by 3 years. Elizabeths year of birth should probably be 1813. |

The 1880 Census gives George Johnson, age 73 from Virginia and Elizabeth Johnson, age 67 from North Carolina. They lived in Nineveh Township, Lincoln County, Missouri in 1880. There were no others living with them at that time. |
