On October 3th, 2008 Cher Forehand of Gibson announced there is a new store in the little town of Bates/Gibson Arkansas. It is Hardway Stone and Country Store, opened September 21, 2008 by Udell and Cher Foehand. At this time they do not have a cafe. but have future plans for one. For the present time they do have plenty of hot coffee, snacks, cold drinks, and things that are needed by the community on a daily basis. And do serve Chili, Stew, Burrito's and various items on Friday's only, from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. |
